Gold-silver boom in jewelery market


MUMBAI: Gold and silver prices in the Mumbai jewelery market took a break today and prices remained on a rebound. World market news was showing a sell-off. Ahmedabad: Gold prices fell by Rs 200 per 10 grams to Rs 800 from Rs 3.50 and Rs 3,100 from Rs 4.50 today. Ahmedabad silver was Rs 300 per kg.

Brent crude jumped as much as 5 per cent to ૬ 61.50 from ૬ 61.70 to ૬૨ 71.5 today. Meanwhile, according to Goldman Sachs, the US government will reduce bond buying by about ૫ 12 billion from November.
