Digital currency Bitcoin returns sharply in 2020, know if it will continue to rise in 2021?

Bitcoin is the most popular cryptocurrency in the world and it has once again become a topic of discussion among investors. This artificial currency has given a strong return so far in the year 2020 and market experts believe that it will continue to rise in the near future. A Citibank report called Bitcoin the gold of the 21st century.
This digital currency has jumped 160% from the level of 7196 as on 31st December 2019, giving a return of 160%. The currency had earlier peaked at 19,870 on December 17, 2017. In the year 2020, the price of Bitcoin has increased by 168 per cent to Rs 13,76,304. It is currently priced at around Rs 17,000 (approximately Rs 12.58 lakh).
According to a report, the price of this digital currency is likely to rise by December 2021 and could see a good rally in the next 12 to 24 months. Only time will tell how far the price of Bitcoin can reach.
While US head fungus is buying crypto assets, PayPal is giving its customers the opportunity to buy and sell cryptocurrencies. DBS is also considering offering cryptocurrency services to its customers. In 2018, the digital currency fell 73 percent, while in 2017 it jumped 1,337 percent. Now cryptocurrency is slowly coming into the discussion all over the world. Citibank has also called Bitcoin the gold of the time.
