Further strengthening of the rupee against the dollar


(Gujarat News Office) MUMBAI: The dollar weakened against the rupee in early trade today. However, there were reports of a rise in the dollar index against various major currencies in world markets. The rupee had strengthened against the dollar in early trade despite a sharp fall in the Bombay Stock Exchange today.
