New delhi date. August 19, 2019, Monday
The next year may be the most dangerous global recession. The recession will be even bigger than 2008. Which has begun to get blindsided. Bank of America Merrill Lynch disclosed this in a report. The report conducted a survey of many of the world's largest fund managers between August 2 and 8. Of these, 34% of fund managers believe that a major downturn may occur in the next one year, which will be the largest since October 2011. 224 fund managers participated in the survey.
According to the survey, big companies are still not trying to improve their balance sheets, which might be the case right now. Large companies should focus on improving their balance sheets. Not on growing the bibent and capex. The suspicion of a US-China trade war with Iran, India and India is deepening. This is a major concern for the global economy. If the trade war continues, many countries may be hit again.
Many countries have stopped production in their factory due to no demand. Companies have so much stock of old stock that it will still take a long time to finish. The auto sector situation in China and India is deteriorating. For the third consecutive month in India, there has been a decline in the sale of vehicles and China has a similar situation.
