YES Bank: Lookout notice issued against CBI raids, Rana Kapoor at 7 locations in Mumbai

New Delhi, 9 March 2020 Monday

In case of YES Bank, CBI has raided seven locations in Mumbai. As per the information received, the raids are at DHFL's office, Dwight Urban Ventures India Private Limited, RKW Developers Private Limited, Rana Kapoor's house in Worli, Kapil Wadhwan based in Bandra, Rakhi Kapoor Tandon's daughter Rakhi Kapoor Tandon and Radha Kapoor C Khani Khanna's daughter.

The CBI has issued a lookout notice against Yes Bank's founder Rana Kapoor, his wife Bindu Rana Kapoor, his daughter Roshani Kapoor, Rakhi Kapoor and Radha Kapoor.

Apart from this, the CBI has also issued a lookout notice against Kapil Wadhwan, RKW Developers Private Limited Director Dheeraj Rajesh Kumar Wadhwan.

According to information received earlier from CNN News18, sources raided several places in Mumbai and Delhi. According to information received so far, the CBI has raided at least seven places.

CBI sources have informed that the press will be informed about this when the raids are completed. An FIR has been lodged by CBI's Financial Crime Branch on March 7 against Rana Kapoor, co-founder of Yes Bank, DOIT Urban Ventures (a company affiliated with the Rana Kapoor family), Kapil Wadhwan (chairman of Dewan Housing Finance Ltd.) and others.
