Uses of Stevia Powder :- Tea, Milk, Coffee, Ice Cream, Shrikhand, Dudhpak, Basundi, Jalebi, Gulabjambun, Biscuit, Chocolate, Cake, Peppermint, Jam, Jelly, Sauce, Juice, Sorbet, Sweet Pickles, Cold Drinks etc. Stevia powder can be used in the product. Stevia - Saccharin's rush is good. Also stevia is safer than saccharin.

How to use stevia powder :- Stevia powder should be DM. It can be boiled in water, strained, filled in a pack bottle and kept in the fridge. Ten Juice can be used in every recipe as needed.

Cultivation of Stevia :- Stevia is a new plant for Indian agriculture. Cultivation of stevia does not thrive in very cold and very hot climates. But according to its new species and the improvements made in the new technique, 10 cm. 40 cm from grade can be done successfully in grade temps.

Soil Requirement for Stevia :- Sandy, light red soil for Stevia, whose pH Between 6 and 8 is more favorable. Heavy and sticky soil is not suitable for Stevia.

Water Requirement for Stevia :- Stevia needs water throughout the year. Water quality should be good. Drip irrigation gives better planting.

Fertilizer Requirement :- Cultivation of Stevia is a five year crop. That is why it is necessary to prepare the field very well. For that, it is necessary to get 200 kg ground neem pods after doing a good field survey of the field, after sowing 3 tons of earthworms or 120 kg of prom organic with 6 tons of compost manure.

Subsidy :- For the cultivation of Stevia, the National Medical Board in Delhi gives a subsidy of up to 30 percent.

Note :- Not recognized in some countries of the world as FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA). According to the committee, excessive consumption of stevia can cause cancer.
