Mining for lithium.

Due to the abundance of lithium found in India, electric vehicles will be slightly cheaper and boast of being completely Indian-made.
5.9 million tonnes of lithium is nature's lottery for India. It seems that nature has declared support for India, which is going to become self-sufficient. Lithium will be very helpful for India in many areas including electric vehicle sector and mobile batteries. India's reliance on imports for lithium will be a thing of the past. Even so, new roads, bridges and related infrastructure are being built in India. In India's progress, the amount of lithium will be like gold.
While the government is issuing tenders for lithium, some negative elements in India ran that who will do the mining (digging work) of lithium in India? India has allowed 100 percent foreign investment for mining operations. So an Indian company can work in a mine in partnership with a foreign company. After that, this negative group raised the issue that the mining laws in India are weak, so they can be misused in the mining of lithium.
Controversy is going on against every mining company because they are not showing the true product and misrepresenting the goods. The work was stopped saying that the forest lands would be destroyed due to many mining works. The huge amount of lithium could revolutionize the electric vehicle sector in India. As the negative elements are dragging India towards a backward position, the positive ones are making plans to utilize the lithium reserves.
After finding a huge amount of lithium, if India does not have the technology to extract it, then what will India do? It reminds me of a short story about who will be the one who will be the one who will be the one who will be the one who will be the one who will be the one who will be the one who will be the one who will be the one who will be the one. This is briefly given here for the sake of brevity. In the village, a farmer grew cotton for the first time in two or three bighas and went to sell his cotton in the yard. A farmer selling barely three to four maunds of cotton became aura when his eyes fell on the pile of thousands of maunds of cotton in the market yard. Seeing the big pile, a sentence fell out of his mouth that who will spin such a big pile and who will tease?
The village farmer was drunk. The whole day he was talking about who is Kantshe who and Pinjshe who is. Local doctors were shown but the farmer's old angled rattan continued. Finally, he verified Kisan's details by referring him to a psychologist in the city. Checked where he last went. Finally he went to the market yard. On seeing the big pile of cotton, the farmer of Nana Gaja became worried due to which Kantshe Kon and Pinjshe Kon started crying.
The psychologist took the help of the people of the village and spread the word that the cotton godown of the market yard has been burnt to ashes and the pile of cotton has also been burnt to ashes. When the farmer was shown an empty space in the market yard instead of a hill of cotton, his mind was fixed.
Some of India's negative elements continued to spread rumors about lithium reserves but they did not pan out. His talk sounds like Kantshe who and Pinjshe who.
It is worth mentioning here that the world's largest amount of lithium (9.3 million metric tons) is in Chile. Australia comes second with reserves of 3.8 million metric tons. Argentina has 2.7 metric tons of lithium. To recall again that India has 5.9 million metric tons of lithium. The total amount of lithium in the world is approximately 26 metric tons. Says that if India had a little more volume, it could have strengthened its grip on the global electronics market.
India's Chief Scientific Advisor Ajay Sood said that India's lithium will be very useful in lithium iron batteries and sodium iron batteries. Due to the amount of lithium found in India, electric vehicles will be slightly cheaper and also boast of being completely Indian-made. Due to which the government wants to make all vehicles electrically operated by 2030, the situation seems to be completed.
The government has released the tender and after it is cleared, mine work will start in May-June. Just as hi-fi machinery and technology required for mining coal, iron ore and bauxite etc. will also be required for mining lithium.
India's policy of extracting minerals by mining has been prepared in 2016. But then no one even dreamed of getting lithium in India. Each state does the work of giving lease of mines in its own way, which does not include automatic minerals etc.
The important thing here is that there is no big company in India except oil and natural gas that can dig deep. Very few companies have the technology for that. The government also takes care that such technology should not come from China.
Some of India's negative elements continued to spread rumors about lithium reserves but they did not pan out.
- A mine which has to go below five levels of ground to work
People who are involved in mining know that initially the soil has to be worked. That is, up to fifteen to twenty feet of soil has to be taken out. Then comes some stony soil which has to be taken out. Then comes the solid stone which has to be broken and entered. When the amount of lithium is reached, you will also have to remove the upper part that will be raw. Six to seven layers of soil have to be penetrated to reach solid lithium. Mine work is not very easy. A mining company can build a mine overnight provided it has modern machinery. When lithium becomes available, its price will be determined by its thickness.
