Will the cartels of traders who harass the farmers be broken or strengthened?

- Vegetables cannot be brought to the market as the entry of trucks is closed during the day in the city, now farmers will be able to bring goods 24 hours a day

New AP MC has started in Ahmedabad. Farmers have found a new market. Farmers coming to the Jamalpur market of the Ahmedabad Krishi Pradhan Bazar Samiti to sell vegetables had to face a cortel of traders. APMC traders will face new competition as a new market is emerging to buy vegetables from farmers with traders forming cartels to take goods from farmers at low prices. As a result, farmers are getting better prices for their produce. Since the stomach of the whole world is filled, the farmers, who are considered as the world's wealth, get many times more in six hours than what the farmers do not get after six months of hard work. This is the glory of the cartels. Under these circumstances, it was inevitable that competition would arise against them.

A new APMC has been commissioned in Ahmedabad. This will bring in new traders to compete against the old APMC traders. As a result, there is hope that the cartel will break up. If cartels are broken and there is competition, farmers will get better prices for their produce. If that happens, the name of the central government to double the income of the farmers will be good.

Farmers will get another advantage. Trucks could not be brought to Ahmedabad during day time. So he had to take entry to sell goods in APMC early in the morning or at night. New APMC is far away from Ahmedabad city. But is near the village of farmers. It is located in Ropda village touching the Sardar Patel Ring Road. Farmers will get an additional option to buy vegetables from farmers as the newly developed market in Ropara area near Vatwa in Ahmedabad itself is starting to buy vegetables. If their goods are sold at a low price in the market managed by the Ahmedabad Krishi Pradhan Bazar Samiti, they can immediately reach the agricultural produce buying market of Ropara, which is only 15 kilometers away and dispose of the goods. Thus farmers have got an additional option to get good prices. Due to heavy traffic in Ahmedabad, trucks loaded with vegetables could not enter Jamalpur from nine in the morning to seven in the evening. As a result their truck investment and consequent rental cost burden increased. Now they will be able to get entry in Ropara Bazaar at any time of the day 24 hours a day. It is not immediately apparent that vehicles will face traffic problems in Ropara area. Consequently

As the competition in the trade industry increases, the farmers get better prices. It also opens the way for the last customer to get vegetables at a good price. In the past, when the farmers brought their goods, if the traders did not give them enough goods, it was aggravating for them to bring vegetables from the village to the market and then go back without selling them.

Because the farmers could not afford to spend a second time on the rent of trucks or tractors to bring and transport vegetables. So the farmers used to sell their vegetables at whatever price the traders gave them and went away. Now those who come to sell vegetables in Ahmedabad can get rid of this problem. An additional option has arisen for them to sell goods. It is hoped that this option will be in the interest of the farmers and the public buying vegetables.
