The recent rally in the stock market, the Sensex at a record level, the Nifty also made history

The Bombay Stock Exchange's main index closed 0.4 per cent higher at 247.79 points today, while the National Stock Exchange's Nifty closed 78.70 points (0.54 per cent) higher at 14563.45. The Sensex and Nifty are at record highs.

Speaking of heavyweights, shares of Tata Motors, GAIL, Bharti Airtel, SBI and Coal India closed at the green mark today, while shares of Asian Paint, Titan, Nestle, Hindustan Unilever and Sun Pharma closed at the red mark.

Looking at the sectoral index today, all sectors including FMCG, IT, and Pharma closed at the green mark today, including banks, media, private banks, metals, PSU banks, realty, financial services, and auto.

According to experts, the move by domestic markets will be prepared globally this week in addition to the announcement of lending and other economic data and quarterly results of companies, a positive trend globally, news related to the Covid-19 vaccine and hope for economic recovery.

Closing to a new record almost every day last week, the market has been on a bullish trend for the past few weeks, with quarterly results from companies like Infosys, Wipro, and HCL Technology starting this week.
