Stormy boom in cingulum oil stops: Decline in edible oils in the world market


(Gujarat News Office) MUMBAI: Peanut oil prices in the Mumbai oilseeds market today remained on the back of a bearish decline behind Saurashtra while cottonseed oil prices rose. There were reports of falling edible oil prices in the world market and this led to a fall in the prices of imported edible oils in the Mumbai market today.

In the Mumbai spot market, the price of 10 kg of cingulum oil was Rs 1,300 to Rs 1,205 per 10 kg, while the price of cottonseed oil was Rs 15. On the Saurashtra side, the price of cingulum oil fell to Rs 15 and Rs 15 per kg today, while the prices of cotton washed were quoted at Rs 1,200.

In the world market, palm oil futures in Malaysia fell by 108 points today, while soybean oil prices in the US agricultural markets this evening were projected to be in the range of 15 to 18 points. There was a new demand in the Mumbai market today. Khan was spotted inside the market amid fears of stock limits.

In the first ten days of October, palm oil exports from Malaysia were reported to have declined by about 2.50 per cent to 2.50 per cent.

In the Mumbai market, palm oil prices fell by Rs 150 to Rs 15 per 10 kg, while crude palm oil CPO Kandla was priced at Rs 150. The futures market saw narrow fluctuations.

CPO futures were trading at Rs 119.50 in the evening while soyoil futures were trading at Rs 151. The soybean and mustard futures markets also witnessed narrow bilateral fluctuations. CPO futures were trading at Rs 119.50 in the evening while soyoil futures were trading at Rs 151.

Soybean and mustard futures markets were also showing a slow decline in soybean prices and a slight improvement in mustard seeds in the evening amid bilateral volatility. Meanwhile, the income of mustard seed was 40 thousand times in Rajasthan and 1 lakh 3 thousand times in All India today.

Prices in Jaipur ranged from Rs 5 to Rs 200. Soybean income was four lakh times higher in Madhya Pradesh and 4 lakh 40 thousand times higher in All India and the price in Madhya Pradesh was Rs.

Meanwhile, soybean oil prices in the Mumbai market today ranged from Rs 150 to Rs 12 for digam and Rs 15 to Rs 150 for refined, while sunflower was priced at Rs 12 and refined at Rs 1,415.

Mustard oil was priced at Rs 120 and refined at Rs 150. The spot price of castor oil and the spot castor price were showing a slight decline today. In the Mumbai flour market today, the price of a tonne of groundnut flour fell by Rs 1,000 while the price of castor flour went up by Rs 100. The others, however, were quiet.

Meanwhile, in global markets, cotton prices fell by 21 points in overnight trade in US agricultural markets while soybean prices fell by 12 points. Soyoil prices were down 108 points and soymeal prices were down 19 points.
