Sales of passenger vehicles rose for the second month in a row in September

Sales of passenger vehicles in the country increased during the month of September. Said auto industry body SIAM. It had also increased earlier in August.

During the period, two-wheeler sales rose 11.5 per cent to 12 units (12 units) and motorcycle sales rose 19.5 per cent to 19,118 units (1,081 units). Scooter sales rose marginally to 206 units (4 units).

In the September quarter, passenger vehicle sales grew by 12.04 per cent to 7 units during the three months. Which was 5,050 units in the same period last year. During the quarter, sales of commercial vehicles fell by 20.17 per cent to 16 units (1,217 units). Two-wheeler sales rose marginally to 206 units (21 units).
