Silver rises to Rs 74,000 Crude oil rises above $94 again


Mumbai: The prices of gold and silver rose at a slow pace today in the Mumbai jewelery market. World market news was showing a rapid rise. However, market sources said that the improvement in prices in the jewelry market was limited as the price of the dollar tumbled against the rupee in the domestic currency market.

Meanwhile, the price of gold rose from 1914 to 1915 to 1928 to 1929 to 1925 to 1926 dollars per ounce due to increased fund buying in the world market.

Behind gold, the global silver prices also increased from 22.84 to 22.85 per ounce from 23.77 to 23.78 to 23.64 to 23.65 dollars. At home today, the price of silver in the Ahmedabad market increased by Rs.500 per kg to Rs.74000. Ahmedabad gold prices were Rs.60,900 at 99.50 per 10 grams and Rs.61,100 at 99.90 per gram.

In the world market today, the price of platinum rose from 917 to 918 to 942 to 943 dollars an ounce, while the price of palladium increased from 1238 to 1239 to 1286 to 1287 dollars. Copper prices in the world market increased by 0.65 to 0.070 percent today.

Meanwhile, global crude oil prices rose again today which had a positive impact on gold prices.

US crude oil prices were 90.80 to 90.65 dollars at Rs.89.91 per barrel today while Brent prices were at 94.29 to 94.18 dollars at 93.63. Crude oil prices rose again in the global market today after Russia stopped exporting diesel and gasoline.

In the Mumbai market today, gold prices were Rs.58897 from Rs.58835 to Rs.99.50 without GST. While the price of 99.90 was Rs.59072 and Rs.59134. While Mumbai silver prices were Rs.71971 without GST at Rs.73175. In Mumbai gold and silver prices including GST were 3 percent higher than this price.
