Apple bought a 15-storey office in Bengaluru

Apple is strengthening its foothold in India. Recently, Apple has bought a 15-floor office. Which is located at Minsk Skewer in the center of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Apple also has offices in Mumbai and Hyderabad and now it will open in Bengaluru as well. About 1200 staff will be able to sit in this 15-storey office in which facilities for cafe and wellness will also be created. The company's new research lab will also be set up there. Apple's business is related to software, hardware, customer support etc.

To everyone's surprise, that property was sold for just 105 rupees. The building had facilities like 24-hour security, surveillance cameras. A flat in that area can be rented for Rs 38,000, but no one is willing to take up the property because of possible recessionary effects and people not having cash, the reason given.
