This donation has been received from eminent people on Prana Pratistha day. Later, when the temple was opened to the public, common devotees also paid about Rs. Prasad of 10 lakhs was offered. Not only Ayodhya but the entire state of Uttar Pradesh will benefit from the devotees coming to see Ramlala. Considering the lakhs of devotees in Ayodhya Dham, many domestic and foreign reports have claimed that Ayodhya will see a record breaking increase in the number of devotees in the coming time. Due to which the economy of the state and the country will be boosted. There is every possibility that Ayodhya Dham could prove to be a milestone in fulfilling CM Yogi's ambition of making Uttar Pradesh a trillion dollar economy.

Potential for more tax collection

A report claimed that new hotels have been constructed in Ayodhya Dham with airport, railway station, township and road connectivity. Ram Mandir and other tourist destinations will give Uttar Pradesh Rs. Tax collection of 25 thousand crores is likely.

In this way the economy of Ayodhya will be boosted

According to another estimate, more than one lakh devotees will reach Ayodhya every day for the darshan of Lord Shri Ram. This number may soon increase to three lakh devotees per day. If this happens as predicted, more than 10 crore devotees will reach Ayodhya every year. If every devotee who reaches Ayodhya pays Rs. 2500 if it is spent alone in the local economy of Ayodhya Rs. 25000 crores will be added.

According to reports, the temple's bank account has about Rs. 1800 crore is deposited, including 380 kg of gold, 4428 kg of silver and a large amount in the form of foreign currencies like dollars and pounds. In 2017, 12 kg of gold was donated to the temple by an unknown devotee on the occasion of Ram Navami. Every year in this temple around Rs. 350 crores is donated.

Dedicated to Lord Ganesha, the temple is coated with 3.7 kg of gold, which was donated by a businessman from Kolkata. According to records, the temple has assets of Rs. 125 crores. Also daily from donation and prasad to the temple is about Rs. 30 lakhs in income.
