Sensex crosses all-time high of 53000 and Nifty closes near 16000

The stock market opened at a new high on Tuesday, the second trading day of the week, on strong signals from global markets. Along with the Sensex, the Nifty has also reached new heights.

The stock market has started a record-breaking start today. The Sensex has reached a new high today, breaking all records. The stock market opened at Plus on Tuesday. The Sensex then opened at 52,901 and the Nifty at 15,850. At 9.47 am, the Bombay Stock Exchange rose 427.38 (0.81%) to 53,057.84. The Nifty on the National Stock Exchange rose 131.35 points, or 0.83 percent, to 15,901.85. Which is a record level.

The Sensex opened 235.07 points (0.45 per cent) higher at 52,809.53 in early trade. The Nifty opened 76.00 points (0.48 per cent) higher at 15,822.50.

Indian stock market at all-time high due to liquidity

The Indian stock market is booming unilaterally. The stock market has been booming for a long time as the country has come under the control of Corona and liquidity support from the Reserve Bank of India.

The S&P BSE Sensex surged 470 points to an all-time high of 53,040 and the Nifty 50 index crossed 15,850. Shares of Reliance Industries have been rising since before AGM. Apart from this, private banks and IT stocks are also strengthening the market.

Only 6 out of 30 Sensex stocks have declined, with 24 stocks trading higher. Declining stocks include Tech Mahindra, Nestle, Bajaj Finance and Dr Reddy. The top contributors to the market are ICICI Bank, Reliance, HDFC Bank, Infosys.

Even small stocks are bullish
Even small stocks are booming today. The BSE Smallcap Index jumped 1.40% to close at an all-time high of 25,275, while the Midcap Index rose 1% to 22,655, just 1.5 per cent away from its all-time high of 23,045.

The advance-decline ratio is also significantly positive. Only 697 stocks declined against 2209 gain stocks and 111 stocks saw no change. Importantly, 374 stocks have an upper circuit and 143 stocks have a lower circuit and 354 stocks are trading at a 52-week high and 12 stocks are trading at a 52-week low.

The market value of BSE-listed companies is Rs 2,31,43,580 crore.
