Hygienic condition medicinal mushroom production is being done in organic farms in Gujarat. In which reishi, maitake, shitake, monkeyhead type of mushroom are the main ones. Each of these types of mushrooms has its own properties. This type of mushroom is especially capable of preventing cancer.
- Rhymesshroom :- Scientific Name : (Ganoderma Lucidum)
Reishi mushroom has anti-allergic, anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-oxidant properties. The Chinese and Japanese people use Reishi mushroom to treat diseases such as liver diseases, hypertension and arthritis. It contains less amount of cholesterol. So improves blood clot.
Polysephride :- This is known as a detoxification cleanser that helps in lowering blood sugar levels.
Adenosine :- This is a type of regulator that helps in keeping the body level even and lowers the cholesterol level.
Triterpenoid :- This is a type of body builder. Which increases the digesting power due to bitterness. Works to strengthen the body roll.
Maitake Mushroom :- Scientific Name :- (Lentinula edodes)

Shiitake Mushroom :- Scientific Name :- (Hericium erinaceus)
According to the Shiitake Mushroom Herb for Health report, nine grams of dry shiitake taken daily and only for seven days means that cholesterol is reduced by 15 percent in a week.
Monkey head mushroom: Monkey head mushroom is an edible medicinal mushroom, 26.3 percent protein, 4.3 percent fat can be obtained in 100 grams of dried mushroom per day.
It has a sweet taste which has been proven to be beneficial for ulcers due to the active component of this mushroom polysaccharide.
