Rules Changing from 1 March: The new rules will come into force with the beginning of the new month. Tomorrow is March 1st and starting tomorrow many rules regarding money and your budget are changing. With the change in rules, your budget and your pocket will also be affected. The rules that come into effect from March 1 include many major updates like FASTag, SBI credit card, LPG gas cylinder and GST.

LPG price may vary

On the first day of every month, companies fix the price of commercial gas cylinders. As elections are around the corner, the general public should feel relieved, so the government may ask these companies to reduce rates. In such a situation, it is expected that on March 1, oil marketing companies may slightly change the prices of domestic and commercial gas cylinders.

Changes taking place in GST rules

During the election season, the central government has decided to make major changes in the GST rules (GST rules change from 1 March 2024). According to the new rule, now businessmen doing business above Rs 5 crore will not be able to generate e-way bill without e-invoice. The rule will be effective from Friday, March 1.

Changes in FASTag rules

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has made it mandatory to update KYC in the FASTag rules. In such a situation, today is the last day to update KYC in Fasteg. If you don't update even today, National Highway Authority of India will deactivate your FASTag.

Change in SBI Credit Card Rules

One of the big changes taking place from March 1 is the country's largest public sector bank, State Bank of India, changing its credit card rules. According to the new rule, the bank is going to change its minimum day bill calculation rules from March 15. The bank is giving information in this regard to the customers through e-mail.

New rules related to social media

New rules related to social media will also apply from March 1. A few days back, the central government has changed the IT rules, according to which all social media platforms like X, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram will have to pay heavy fines for posting false information. So, from March 1 it has become very important for people to know about this and gather complete information about it before posting anything on social media.
