Crude oil prices rebounded from 10-month lows
Mumbai: Gold and copper prices were soft in the Mumbai jewelery market today. World market news was showing biased fluctuations. Domestic currency market also witnessed a biased movement in the dollar price against the rupee.
Gold prices in the world market were 1755 to 1756 dollars per ounce at a low of 1739 and a high of 1759 to 1755 to 1756 dollars. Behind gold, global silver prices were also 21.38 to 21.39 to 20.90 dollars per ounce, and 21.40 to 21.21 to 21.22 dollars to the highest.
At home in Ahmedabad jewelry market today, silver prices fell by Rs.500 per kg to Rs.62 thousand. Ahmedabad gold prices were being discussed at Rs.54300 at 99.50 for 10 grams and Rs.54500 at 99.90. Global copper prices rose by 1.30 to 1.35 percent today, as there was talk of a rise in copper and crude oil prices in the world market as the possibility of relaxation of Covid restrictions in China was discussed. Due to favorable news from China, platinum and palladium prices also strengthened in the world market.
Crude oil prices in the world market rose sharply today from a 10-month low. New York crude prices increased by 73.86 to 79.65 to 79.05 dollars per barrel. The price of Brent crude rose from 80.87 to 85.63 dollars today.
In the Mumbai market today, the gold price without GST was Rs. 99.50 with Rs. 52640. 52054 to Rs.52564 while the price of 99.90 was Rs.52852 to Rs.52715 to Rs.52775. Mumbai silver prices were Rs.61,590 to Rs.61,685 from Rs.62,110 without GST. In Mumbai gold and silver prices including GST were 3 percent higher than this price.
