The retail sale of garam masala is increasing in the world today. Because fast food, restaurant food, house hold ready-to-eat is very popular. Garam Masala has proven to be excellent in all types of vegetable as well as non-veg cooking methods for pleasant smell, color and food taste. Different hot spices used in the world, uses as well as in which country they are produced. Its information:-

Ginger: Zinziber officinale Ginger grows all over the world. It grows especially in China, India, Fiji, Nigeria, Syria and Nicaragua.

Uses: Used in soft drinks, ginger bread, confectionery, curry powder, mutton and pickles.

Garlic: Allium Sativam (Liliaceae) Garlic grows abundantly in India, China and Egypt. Also available in powder form in many countries.

Uses:- Italian and French des, sauces, frankfurters and almost all dess in India contain garlic. It is widely used in Indian garlic chutney, eggplant bharta, pavbhaji.

Onion: Alliam onions grow everywhere in the world. Onion powder from there we go almost all over the world.

Uses:- Available in sauces, vegetables and all kinds of dishes.

Clove: Eazenia Caryophallus Clove is a dry bud tree. Clove grows abundantly in Gingibar, Pemba, Island, Tanzania, Madagascar.

Uses:- Used as confectionery, puddings, dessert, sweet syrup, spicy table sauce, pickles fruit.

Mustard: Sinapsis alba L (white and yellow mustard)

Brassica nigra (Black Mustard)

Brassica Jancea (Brown Mustard)

Yellow and black mustards occur in Europe and brown Northern Himalayan varieties each grow in Canada, France, China, UK.

Uses:- In vegetables, used in vinegar and pickles.

Rosemary: Rosmarinas Officinalis is a type of leaves. which occurs in France, Portugal, Spain, Yugoslavia, Morocco and the US.

Uses:- Used in poultry, beef, fish and soups.

Thyme:- Thymus Valgaris is a variety of seeds and leaves. which takes place in Jamaica, Syria, Jordan, Spain, France and the USA.

Uses:- Used in flavoring fish, poultry dressing, meat.

Turmeric: Pieces of Curcama longa. Which is made into powder. Which occurs in India, Central America, Indonesia.

Uses:- Used in pickling, vegetable preparation, rice dishes, sea-food, poultry, curry, coloring. Yone is also antiseptic.

Sesame Seed: Sesamum indicum is a type of dry seed. Which occurs in Mexico, Central America, Indonesia, Africa.

Uses:- Sesame is used for pleasure smell.

Cardamom Seed: Elletaria Cardamoum is a type of dryseed that grows in Southern India, Sri Lanka.

Uses:- Used as coffee-like brewage type, curry powder, pickleflavor in Arab countries.

Coriander seed: Coriandrum sativam is a type of dry fruit that grows in Europe, Morocco, Canada, Bulgaria, Romania.

Uses:- Used in cheese, curry powder, pickles.

Dill Seed: Anethan graveolens is a type of dry fruit that grows in India, Pakistan, Egypt, Sweden.

Uses:- Used in meat soups, sauces, salads.
