Risk of cancer from repeated consumption of boiled oil

The Government of India has imposed some restrictions in the interest of public health on those who cook and sell food fried in edible oil. Today it is a situation where these restrictions have been completely diluted. The government of India has also made arrangements to use oil which is hazardous to human health due to frequent boiling and to produce biodiesel from it. The system is to feed the biodiesel manufacturing companies the carcinogenic oil from repeated boiling. These companies charge Rs. Farsan makers are not interested in supplying oil to these companies despite paying them Rs 60 or more. So there is a risk to the health of those who eat Farsan.
You may ask what happens to eating farsan made in boiled oil over and over again. Here is the answer. Repeated boiling of edible oil produces polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Some of these components give humans diseases like cancer, says science. A type of cancer is genotoxicity. In this cancer, the chemical agents produced by repeated cooking of edible oil damage the cells of the genes in the human body. It disrupts the DNA sequence in the human body. DNA replication—the ability of the human body to make new cells by dividing cells—has a profound effect. So the chances of getting cancer increases.
Another type of cancer is mutagenic. It also directly or indirectly affects the DNA in the human body. It directly affects DNA. So its functioning gets disrupted. So the next generation i.e. the new incarnated child in that child's family will also have that defect. So that child is also at risk of getting cancer. Even the smell of repeatedly boiled oil continuously enters the human body, resulting in cancer. It causes lung cancer, breast cancer in women and prostate cancer in men.
Consuming foods made from boiled oil often causes colon cancer. Cancer can travel all the way from the large intestine to the digestive system and excretory tract. Likewise, eating foods made with boiled oil often produces LDL-low density lipoprotein in the body. Triglyceride also increases with it. Both of these are considered to be the most responsible for causing heart attacks. It can also increase the level of insulin in a person's body. As the peroxide value increases in oil that has been boiled repeatedly, scientists who are concerned about the consumption of edible oil say. It increases blood pressure. Increases the risk of developing Alzheimer's ie dementia. Often the refined oil is given to makers of shampoo, conditioner, tile washing soap instead of biodiesel makers. These are all luxury items. The effect of its consumption on the human body or skin does not seem to have been studied in detail. That is why the trend of often giving away boiled oil to food manufacturers instead of biodiesel is extremely dangerous. Even branded namkeen companies often do not supply boiled oil to biodiesel companies. It is given to biodiesel companies once or twice a year just for show. The office of Food Drug Commissioner of Gujarat is not showing any proactiveness to this dangerous trend. Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation officials are also turning a blind eye to this matter and increasing the threat to people's health. If nothing else, they can arrange for the repeatedly boiled to reach the biodiesel manufacturing companies as ordered by the Government of India. The government officials who show laziness on this front are also criminals of the society.
