Big fall in gold-silver prices before Dhanteras, find out what today's price is

Before Dhanteras and Diwali, people who have a big bang in gold and silver have got a chance to buy precious metals at lower prices. Today, gold is trading at Rs 1,600 and silver at Rs 3,900 in Indian markets.
In the Ahmedabad bullion market, gold traded lower by Rs 1,600 and 10 grams of yellow metal by Rs 52,500. So the price of silver has gone up by Rs 3,000 and the price of 1 kg of silver has gone up to Rs 63,000. In the Delhi bullion market, gold fell by Rs 1,566 and silver by Rs 3,927.
Following today's sharp fall, the price of 10 grams of gold in Delhi fell to Rs 50,854, while the price of 1 kg of silver also fell to Rs 62,125. Along with the spot, the futures market also saw a recovery after the prices of both the precious metals plummeted today.
At the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold for delivery in December traded lower by Rs 49,931 to Rs 50,375 against the previous close of Rs 600. A similar move was seen in silver. At the time of writing, silver December futures touched a low of Rs 61,443 today and was quoted at Rs 62,102, up by Rs 1,250.
Gold and silver prices fell sharply in global markets today. Global gold prices fell sharply to 86 an ounce, reaching 64 1,864 an ounce. Silver fell as much as ઢ 1.5 to 24 24 an ounce. In terms of percentage, both the precious metals fell by 4.5 per cent and 5.7 per cent, respectively. Platinum was also trading at 8 870 a troy ounce, down 27 27.
Why the bang?
Good news about the corona vaccine dampened sentiment in gold and silver. Prices in the domestic market also declined significantly following the rally in the Indian stock market.
