MUMBAI: Gold prices in the Mumbai jewelery market today were on a downward trend from the peak in the bullion market. The fall in silver continued. World market news was showing bullish selling of funds. Gold prices in the world market today were at 1922 to 1926 to 1927 dollars an ounce from 1937 to 1938 lows as the global dollar index and bond yields rose.
Behind gold, silver prices were 23.35 to 23.46 to 23.47 dollars in the world market at a low of 23.66 to 23.67. 99.50 per 10 grams of gold without GST in Mumbai market. 57092 worth Rs. 56909 while the price of 99.90 was Rs. 57322 worth Rs. 57138 were there. Mumbai silver price without GST Rs. 68138 worth Rs. 67894 remained. In the Mumbai market, the prices of gold and silver with GAT were three percent higher than this price. 99.50 gold price in Ahmedabad market at Rs. 58700 and 99.90 Rs. 58900 while Ahmedabad silver price was Rs. 69000 remained.
Meanwhile, petinum prices in the world market were at a low of 1040 to 1043 to 1044 dollars today from 1059 to 1060 an ounce. Palladium prices ranged from a high of 1716 to 1749 and a low of 1717 to 1728 to 1729 dollars.
