Indians at the forefront of unicorn startups in America

New Delhi: Indians are sitting on top positions in many big companies of the world. The list now includes startups as well. Most of the unicorn companies in America are founded by people born in India. Unicorns are startup companies that are valued at over a billion dollars.

Of the unicorn companies in the US, 44% are those whose founders were born outside the US. 56 percent of the companies are those whose founders were born in the United States. Most of the founders of America's unicorn companies are from India.

According to World of Statistics, 90 of the founders of America's unicorn companies belong to India. That means he was born in India. The second number in this list belongs to Israel. 62 people born in this country have established unicorn companies in America. America's neighboring country Canada is at number three. 52 people born in Canada have created a unicorn company in America.

Similarly, 31 people born in Britain came to America and created a unicorn company. China is at number five in this list. 27 people born in China have created unicorn companies in America. Similarly, 18 founders of US unicorn companies were born in Germany, 17 in France, 14 in Russia, 12 in Taiwan and 12 in Ukraine.

When it comes to the maximum number of unicorn startups, America is number one. There are a total of 651 unicorn startups. China is second with 72 unicorns.

There are 100 unicorns in the European Union while India has 70 of them. There are 49 unicorns in the UK, 29 in Germany, 25 in France, 23 in Israel, 20 in Canada and 16 in Brazil. There is not a single unicorn in our neighboring country Pakistan.
