Detailed information about Biodiesel Jatropha
- Industrial guidance - Dhiru Parekh
A new commodity entering world markets bears its name. Biodiesel is an oil obtained from the oilseed of jatropha. It is a liquid chemical produced by crushing method of jatropha seeds, steam distillation, solvent extraction, modern distillation, filtration, chemical treatment, additives which is a power produced as biodiesel.
The National Oil Seeds and Vegetable Oils Development Board under the Ministry of Agriculture has proposed that a national network of quality planning materials and standard agrotechnics for jatropha development be developed in different agricultural zones.
The program involves the Indian Council of Agricultural Research, Council of Scientific Industrial Research, Indian Council of Forestry Research, and Education, Indian Institute of Technology, the Energy Research Institute and the State Agricultural University that tree borne jatropha plantation, saline/alkaline soil, seed oil. Will study.
Roll of Indonesia: The final report of the Indonesian Palm Oil Producers Association is that the demand for palm oil as biodiesel is increasing in the world in the last two years.
Today Indonesia has the global market for palm oil. And Indonesia has also started manufacturing on an experimental scale. It is also made in small quantities. Also the results of the vehicle experiment have been taken so that palm oil base biodiesel can also be developed. European countries have also produced biodiesel from rapeseed and other vegetable oils. It is also successful.
If good techniques of jatropha cultivation and biodiesel are developed in our India, the price of petrol-diesel coming from outside can be improved. Also, the damage to the environment can also be stopped and there can be a lot of economic benefit.
Biodiesel from Thistle :- Thistle is a wild plant with white yellow flowers, oil can be extracted from this plant and converted into biodiesel. which has biodegradable property.
Biodiesel made from thistle has proven to be excellent. This biodiesel is viscosity adjusted by obtaining triglyceride and alcohol ethanol. So it has high quality.
Ratan Jyot: Jetropha is called Ratan Jyot in Gujarati. Rattan flame thrives in dry areas with occasional watering. It is not harmed by animals and birds. Biodiesel can be developed by chemically treating rattan flame seeds. Use of biodiesel will reduce costs and pollution.
Also, the sulfur content in biodiesel is very low. So the carbon also decreases. Rattan flame can also be used as an insecticide.
Modern Distillation Plant: Rattan flame can be distilled by different methods. In which pure biodiesel can be produced using water distillation, water and steam distillation, solvent extraction and modern distillation.
Plant and Machinery: Crushing Mill, Stainless Steel Vessels, Separator, Flowing Pump, Finegoods Tank, Water Tank, Fabricate Pipe Line etc.
The Industries: If this project is under government, the rules and regulations for which act it will go to have not been released.
