Demand to stop export of grains to curb boom in Singoil
Oil mills have shortages for crushing as grain exports increase!

Mumbai: Holiday food was seen today on the occasion of Mahashivratri in Mumbai oilseed market. There was no new demand and new business. Meanwhile, in the world market, the prices of US Soya Oil were indicated to decrease by 39 to 40 points overnight. At home in Saurashtra, the price of washed cotton dropped from Rs.1075 to Rs.1080 to Rs.1060 to 1065, while the price of Saurashtra single oil remained calm at Rs.1725 and the price of 15 kg rose to Rs.2730.
Meanwhile, the All India Edible Oil Traders Association has demanded the government to put a brake on exports after seeing a short-term rise in the prices of Singoil recently.
According to Mahasangh, the price of Singoil has seen an increase of around Rs.12 per kg in five days. Despite the good supply of crops, the demand for ban on exports has started due to rising prices. Exports to China have increased recently. A proposal has been made to the government to stop such exports immediately.
Oil mills at home are not getting enough kernels for crushing due to the extensive export of rhinoceros to China, market sources said. Market sources said that apart from grains, single oil is also exported.
The prices of ivory in Navi Mumbai wholesale market increased by Rs.13,100 for 50-60 count and Rs.12,500 for 60-70 and Rs.12,400 for 70-80 and Rs.11,400 for 80-90 and the price of bold grain fell from a low of Rs.11,100 to a high of Rs. .They were talking till 12400.
Meanwhile, in the Mumbai spot market today, the price of 10 kg of castor oil was Rs.1720 and cotton oil was Rs.1125. The price of imported palm oil was Rs.965 to 970 and the price of crude palm oil CPO Kandla was Rs.885. The prices of Mumbai Soya Oil were Rs.1060 for Digum and Rs.1160 for Refined. The price of sunflower was Rs.1050 and refined was Rs.1160.
The price of mustard was Rs.1180 against Rs.1190 while the price of refined was Rs.1210 against Rs.1220. Further, the market informants were showing the possibility of price of imported palm oil to be between Rs.960 and Rs.990. Different delivery prices at Mundra-Hazira were being discussed at Rs.960 to 975 for palm oil and Rs.1160 to 1170 for soybean oil and Rs.1200 to 1210 for sunflower.
Mustard's all-India revenue was about one and a half lakh fold today. Revenues were low amid the Mahashivratri festival. Prices in Rajasthan were Rs.5975 to Rs.6000. In overnight trade in US agricultural markets, soybean prices saw a slow recovery while soybean meal prices saw a slow decline.
