While Google is worried about ChatGPT, the credit for exposing Google to it goes to an Indian-origin person, Meera Murati. Meera is the Chief Technical Officer of OpenAI, the company that developed ChatGPT. Led by him, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot ChatGPT has been developed. This chatbot generates text based on users' input. The chatbot has gone viral since its launch in November 2022. Meera Murati was born in 1988 in San Francisco, California. Meera's parents are of Indian origin but Meera was born and brought up entirely in America. Meera, who graduated from Dartmouth's Thayer School of Engineering, also previously worked as a senior product manager at Tesla.

Reserve Bank Governor Shaktikanta Das said after the monetary policy review meeting that the Reserve Bank is planning to set up QR code based coin vending machines and a pilot project will be started very soon. Different amounts of coins can be withdrawn from these ATMs operated by UPI. Anyone can withdraw these coins from the vending machine by scanning the QR code on the machine through their UPI app. This amount will be deducted from the person's registered bank account.
