Gold June futures fell 1542 to silver at Rs 602 during the week

The country's leading commodity derivatives exchange recorded a total turnover of Rs.3,16,833.73 crore in 41,63,701 trades in various commodity futures, options and index futures during the week of April 21 to 27, with commodity futures accounting for Rs.1 ,15,780.75 crores and the share of options was Rs.200741.95 crores.

During the week under review, precious metals futures in gold and silver accounted for Rs 77,348.89 crore in 10,74,216 trades.

Among gold futures, gold June futures opened at Rs.60,381 per 10 grams at the beginning of the week, touched an intra-day high of Rs.60,476 and a low of Rs.59,547 during the week, fell by Rs.602 to Rs.59,901 at the end of the week. The price was reached. Against this, Gold-Guinea April contract 8 per gram decreased by Rs.151 to Rs.48,058 and Gold-Petal April contract decreased by Rs.66 per gram to reach Rs.5,973. Gold-mini May futures fell by Rs.476 to Rs.59,913 per 10 grams.

Among silver futures, Silver May futures opened at Rs.75,303 per kg at the beginning of the week, touched an intraday high of Rs.75,617 and a low of Rs.73,063 during the week, ended the week by Rs.1,542 and fell by Rs.73. It closed at the level of ,959.

The silver-mini April contract fell by Rs.1,306 to Rs.73,941 and the silver-micro April contract fell by Rs.1,177 to close at Rs.74,063. In non-ferrous metal futures, 1,14,200 deals worth Rs 13,016.87 crore were traded at MCX during the week.
