Gold-silver prices drop behind world market
Mumbai: Gold and silver prices continued to fall in the Mumbai jewelery market today. As the world market declined, domestic import costs came down. In the world market today, the price of gold was at a low of 2028 to 2029 from 2016 to 2017 to 2024 to 2025 dollars per ounce.
Fund selling in global gold increased as the global dollar index rose again. At home behind Vishwa Bazar, the price of gold in Ahmedabad jewelery market today fell by Rs.100 to Rs.99.50 to Rs.63900 to Rs.99.90 and Rs.64100 to 99.90.
Ahmedabad silver prices fell by Rs.500 to Rs.71000 per kg. After gold in the world market, silver prices also decreased by 23.05 to 22.56 to 22.73 to 22.74 dollars per ounce. Global platinum prices stood at $897. The price of palladium was 963 dollars.
Global copper prices were down 0.84 percent from today's gains with Brent crude settling at $82.28 to $82.58 a barrel from a low of $82.91, while US crude was down $77.18 to $77.37 from a low of $77.84. .
Fresh demand was slow. In the Mumbai bullion market today, gold prices were at Rs.61,760 at Rs.61,906 at 99.50 and Rs.62,008 at Rs.62,155 at 99.90, while Mumbai silver was at Rs.69,393 at Rs.70,396 at Rs.70,396 without GST. It was Rs.69653.
