India is among the top 3 countries with IoT malware attacks

IT company Microsoft has said in a report that India is among the top three countries where Internet of Things (IoT) devices faced the highest number of cyber attacks by malware during 2022. In this respect, China ranks first and America ranks second. Microsoft researchers analyzed IoT malware attacks during 2022 and found that China accounted for the highest 38 percent of attacks. The US ranks second with 18 percent of attacks, according to a report by Microsoft CyberSignal.

According to the report, "Microsoft researchers have found that India is among the top three countries in terms of IoT malware attacks in 2022." According to data shared in the report, India accounted for 10 percent of IoT malware attacks.
