Sensex retreated with record 42064

Among the unfavorable reports, the Sensex intraday set a new record of 42064, following a fresh takeover of heavyweight stocks by funds at the Mumbai stock market.

Telecom companies now have to pay huge sums of money to the government, after the Supreme Court rejected a review petition on telecommunication companies' AGRs after the treadmill's favorability between the United States and China.

Following the Supreme Court's directive to raise other NPAs, including the rise in banks' NPAs from telecom companies, the initial correction of the Sensex was eroded following pressure on bank stocks as well as oil, gas, IT and metal sales.

The BSE Sensex rose to intraday today by hitting a sell-off of touching the all-time high of 42063.93 and closing 12.81 points at the end of trading at 41945.37. The Nifty was down 3 points to close at 12352.35.
