Elon Musk has given this information in a few tweets a few hours ago from his Twitter handle.

He wrote in a recent tweet, 'Let me clarify that we have not yet made any changes to Twitter's content moderation policies.'

In this tweet, he wrote, Twitter will establish a Content Moderation Council to consider a broad and diverse perspective.
