The number of employee resignations from companies that discontinue the work-from-home method is relatively high

Mumbai: Resignations of employees from companies that are stopping the work from home system are being seen to be increasing. A survey report found that among companies that stopped working remotely, the percentage of employees moving was 29 percent in August, while among companies that continued with work-from-home or hybrid work models, the percentage of employees changing jobs was 19 percent.
A survey of 700 companies conducted by a private research firm found that only nine percent of companies continue to fully implement the work-from-work system. In January, this rate was 38 percent. More than 90 percent of companies have started working from offices.
In companies that have ended the work-from-home system, high employee turnover rates indicate that they are preferring to work from home.
Some companies offer a hybrid approach, in which employees are given the option of working from home or from the office. Some companies call employees into the office only two to three times a week, and work from home on the remaining days.
The work-from-home method still continues in service sector companies that require online work. Meanwhile, in another report, in the first six months of the current financial year, the recruitment of employees in the top IT companies of the country has decreased by 25 percent year-on-year. Full finances are expected to see a 50 percent decline at the end of the year.
In the first 6 months of the last financial year, the number of recruitment of employees in the top four IT companies of the country was 107,616, which has been seen at 81,700 in this period of the current year.
